Breckenridge junior Noah Christensen (6’ 8”, Post) has signed a letter of intent to attend NDSU and play basketball for the Bison following his senior season of 2018-2019.

“Noah Christensen has earned all the recognition he has received,” exclaimed Breckenridge Head Coach Arly Ohm.  “I feel strongly he is a perfect fit for the Bison program in many ways.  Noah will bring diversity on both ends of the court as he is very skilled and possesses a high basketball IQ.”

Christensen averaged a double-double (20 points, 10 rebounds) this year, leading Breckenridge to their second consecutive state tournament appearance and third in the last four years.  He was named the Most Valuable Player in the Heart O’ Lakes Conference.

“People see him perform on game nights, but what makes him truly special is that he is an "everyday guy" in practice who doesn't take a rep off,” added Ohm.  “Noah will help build on a championship culture by his work ethic and his ability to make his teammates better.  Without a doubt, Noah Christensen will be a fan favorite as an NDSU Bison!  Noah is very excited to be a Bison and Coach Richman and his staff should be commended as they are building a program which is on the rise!”
